For the past 10 years I have worked hand in hand with my building administrator in implementing the school vision and mission statement. In those 10 years we have shared this vision with all members of our school community. Liberty has gone from the lowest performing school in the district to the highest. In fact, it earned an “A” grade from the Utah State Legislature this year.
Our vision of improving student learning has been the result of open communication, hard work, and strong interventions.
A school administrator is an educational leader who promotes the success of all students by facilitating the development, articulation, implementation, and stewardship of a vision of learning that is shared and supported by the school community.
