For the past 10 years I have been responsible for training and scheduling paraprofessionals in our school. I have developed interventions that support learning in both reading and math. I have also had to budget hours and supplies with my reading and Title I budget. In addition, I have developed schedules for special rotations that allow teachers within a grade level to have common planning and PLC time.
