It is important for an administrator to know and understand current policies and laws. I have had the opportunity to study school law and district policies. I have worked hard at my school on bullying and have written the following paper exhibiting my understanding of this problem in elementary schools.

A school administrator is an educational leader who promotes the success of all students by understanding, responding to, and influencing the larger political, social, economic, legal, and cultural context.
